Gail’s passion for esthetics began with her own skin journey. After years of battling acne, sun damage, and aging, she discovered just how transformative this work could be and fell in love with helping others feel confident in their skin.

“I love the science of skincare,” Gail says, “but what truly fuels me is seeing the change in people’s confidence.”

As an educator, Gail’s mission is to bridge the gap between graduation and greatness.
💬 “In school, I learned how to pass my boards, but not how to be an esthetician. I want my students to step into the industry feeling empowered, capable, and confident.” 🌿

Her advice to every future estie?
✨ “There are so many ways to be a great esthetician. Don’t worry about the market being oversaturated. Find your passion and your people will follow.” 💫

Leah’s esthetics journey began with her own skin story: managing acne as a teen sparked a passion that became her purpose. Today, she pours that same heart into helping others feel confident and seen, both in and out of the treatment room.

“I love the change I can make in someone’s skin,” Leah shares, “but even more, I love showing up for every person in ways I never had for myself. My goal is to create safe spaces that uplift and empower.”

As a former student turned educator, Leah knows the power of mentorship. “I had an amazing school experience, but once I was on my own, I realized how much support new estheticians need. Now, I get to be that guiding light for my students.” 🌿
