Sydney became an esthetician because she wanted a career that aligned with who she is — one rooted in healing, connection, and beauty. What keeps her passionate today is watching confidence grow, whether it’s a client glowing after a facial, or a student or team member realizing her own potential.

As an instructor, Sydney is dedicated to being the mentor she once needed.
