Esthetics Program FAQ
The total cost of our course is $9600
Cost Breakdown-
Enrollment Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Kit Fee: $1500 (non-refundable)
Tuition: $8000 (refundable)
Total: $9600
We are pleased to offer an in-house interest-free monthly payment plan while you’re in school to split up the cost of tuition affordably.
Full Time Payments- $2000/month over 4 months
Part Time Payments- $1000/month over 8 months
Our program is 613 hours, meaning you could be licensed in as little as 15 weeks (4 months) with our full time program or you can take up to 30 weeks (8 months) to complete your hours with our part time program. We added an additional 13 hours to our program to teach students business and marketing concepts.
Fulltime- July 8th, 2024
Parttime- October 19th, 2024
Our class schedules are as follows:
Full-Time Day Program:
- Monday – Hybrid Remote Learning (required for theory) 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:30 a.m.-5:00
- 40 Hours per week
- 15 Week Course
Part-Time Evening Program:
- Monday – Hybrid Remote Learning (required for theory) 4:30pm to 9:00pm
- Tuesday – Thursday 5:30pm to 8:30pm
- Saturday – 8:00am to 3:00pm with 30 min Lunch
- 20 Hours per week
- 30 Week Course
We try to follow the same school schedule for Pueblo and Littleton City Schools for snow closures. While we are open in the summer, the goal is to make it easier for parents to go get their esthetics license! Please call for start dates and available spots in the full time and part time programs at each location.
Our program includes Milady 12 Edition Foundations & Fundamentals Books and Workbooks, Mannequin Head, Sanitas Student Skincare Kit, Mirabella Beauty Makeup Kit, and Berodin Wax Pot w/ Wax Kit along, Air Lift Lash Lift sample kit, and lastly you will walk away with Professional Esthetic Head Shots by our Zara Ashby Photography. Kits are subject to change.
Yes. All esthetic students in training shall wear black scrubs at all times, along with clean closed toe shoes.
Scrubs can be found retailers like Walmart, Ross, DD Discounts, and online retailers like Amazon, or FIGS.com
The graduation requirements for our esthetics program are as follows:
- Complete 613 hours of school
- Maintain 80% GPA or higher
- Maintain 85% or higher attendance
- Complete all theory chapter exams & log all hands practical services.
- Complete all practical skills check off, research papers, homework and marketing/business management assignments.
- Pay tuition in full.
We encourage are students to apply for funding for private loans through local banks, and credit unions. We have also seen many students borrow money from a friend or family member to avoid having to pay high interest rates on loans.
Some students have used interest free credit cards to pay their monthly tuitions as well.
We have also partnered with Coach Finance as our financing partner. This solution offers longer payment terms and is subject to a soft pull credit check. There will be a 3.9% merchant processing fee assessed to your tuition balance when using the Coach Finance as a payment option. Keep this in mind when you request your loan amount that you may want to cover this processing fee

Our Enrollment Process
Now that you know more about our esthetics program, are you ready to enroll? To apply for our upcoming esthetics program you will need to schedule a 15-minute empowerment call with our Enrollment Coordinator.
Once you are selected for our program, we will then schedule your tour and an enrollment meeting with our Director. Keep in mind that before you can apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- Students must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- Students must show proper identification and proof of citizenship
- Pay an registration fee and kit fee and turn in all enrollment paperwork
